Defibrillators

Information about the location of defibrillators in and around the parish.

a green and yellow sign with a heart on it

There is a defibrillator in the telephone box opposite the Windmill pub which is accessible to all 24 hours a day.

There is also a defibrillator in the Village Hall accessible only when the Village Hall is in use.

In an emergency always dial 999 first. The ambulance service will be aware that the village has defibrillators and they can provide support over the telephone before an ambulance arrives.

Do you know how to use a defibrillator in an emergency? They are very easy to use and the defibrillator talks you through the steps but please watch the North East Ambulance Service video to familiarise yourself: https://vimeo.com/642636017#t=2s
